我最近睇過沙田村屋d價錢, 不過都貴左好多, 所以想轉買比較平既元朗或天水圍村屋, 預算係80-100萬左右, 唔知有邊度好介紹? 又想問呢兩區既村屋保值及升值能力好唔好?
